Thank you for shopping at Z RAAH. We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
You provide the following as proof:
Clear photo of the product showing the damage
Photo of the receipt/order confirmation
Photo of the product in its original packaging
❗ Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met or if the request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Customized, made-to-order, or pre-stitched sarees
Items bought on sale or with promotional discounts
Accessories or blouse materials that have been cut or stitched
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
Order Number
Photos of the product, damage, receipt, and original packaging
Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping charges (if applicable).
